               If you would like to visit me to discuss jewellery commissions, re-modelling/recycling or repairs you will need to contact me in advance to make an appointment.

               Please note that I do not have a viewing gallery where pieces are displayed.


Returns & Exchange Policies

Online Returns and Exchange Policies:


Cooling off period.


I would ask you to return the items as sold and in merchantable quality with original gift box and with a valid receipt and within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange of work of equal value.


For repayment I will use the same payment method that you used in your original transaction.


Repayment will be made within 14 days on receipt of returned goods with original gift box and with a valid receipt

The cost of returning work will be at your own expense.


Online Purchases – For items deemed faulty or damaged:


 If there is a problem with your order and you need to return it, please contact me before returning it.

If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in, within 2 days of delivery and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or repair.

If the piece is a unique one/off piece and we are unable to replicate it then we will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.

If an item is deemed faulty, please report it to us within 7 days of purchase for a full exchange or a credit note.

For faulty items – I will refund postage cost up to a maximum cost of €12.00. (I would ask the customer to ensure the jewellery and its original box is securely packed before postage.).



Shipping & Delivery.


Shipping within the Republic will be by registered post via An Post.

A contact number and an email address are required for all deliveries.

If the customer is not at home or unable to accept delivery they are liable for the costs incurred.

We advise to supply an address where there is someone available Mon-Fri during working hours.

Signature may be required on deliveries.


Shipping rates 2021


Shipping rates are:


Rep. of Ireland ; free postage within the Republic of Ireland on all orders over €200.

Orders under €200 will be charged a set fee of €8.00

At present no orders will be posted outside the Republic of Ireland.

As soon as this changes delivery rates will be posted here and at the checkout.



When will I get my order?

I aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.


As soon as your order is on the way to you, I will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number if applicable.

Please make sure that your email address and telephone number are valid when you order – if there are any issues that could affect your delivery, we’ll need to be able to get in contact with you quickly.
